Ways to Drink More Water
As soon as you get up in the morning, try to drink as much water as you can. If you could warm it a little, then it would do wonders. Drinking water early in the morning on an empty stomach helps our body to be hydrated throughout the day as well as helps in the easy movement of waste from our body.
Try keeping a water bottle with you all the time when you are out, so that you can have some water when you are thirsty as well as refill it whenever you get access to clean drinking water.
Try to drink more lemonades, buttermilk, coconut water, and other fruit juices rather than opting for cold drinks or other beverages. These watery drinks contain lots of water as well as are loaded with many minerals, antibodies, and vitamins. Such watery drinks help us to be fit and healthy and also improve our immune system to fight off all types of diseases.
Try drinking a glass full of water before meals. This will keep a check on overeating as well as keep your cravings under control. It is also said that we should not drink water while eating our meals as it creates a hindrance to the proper digestion of our food. If you are unable to swallow the food easily, you may take a sip of water; otherwise, it is recommended that you drink water within an hour of finishing the meal.
Keep a bottle of water in your workstation so you can sip it whenever you need to, and you don’t have to go to the break out zone to drink water.
